Anushka Sen recalls first encounter with MS Dhoni
Anushka, who has been a fan of Dhoni since her childhood, expressed her excitement and awe when she first met him during an ad shoot. Describing the experience as a dream come true, she spoke about the genuine and humble nature of the cricketer, both on and off the screen. Anushka emphasized how the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper despite his stardom treated everyone with equal respect and warmth.
“I went and met with him and he was like, So where are you from? I’m from Ranchi. You are also from Ranchi, right? And that created like the first bond and we were like ‘Yeah! Go Ranchi! Go Ranchi! Go Jharkhand,” Anushka told Humans of Bombay.
“He was so sweet not only to me. The best part about him it’s that he treats everybody with respect, with equal respect. Doesn’t matter if you are somebody working behind the camera or if you are an actor,” she added.

“Don’t mess with you know this boy energy. You date very carefully.” Dhoni advised Anushka, as revealed by the actress herself.
