MS Dhoni hits Sam Curran for two sixes in CSK-PBKS clash
Mahendra Singh Dhoni is known to be one of the best finishers of all time in world cricket and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain solidified his reputation once again when he smashed back-to-back sixes in the final over of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 match against Punjab Kings (PBKS) on Sunday.

Dhoni walked out to bat in the 19th over and made an attempt to hit a big shot from the first ball, but he missed the connection. However, he demonstrated his finisher role on the fifth ball of the final over smashing Sam Curran for a flat six over backward point.

As the crowd at the Chepauk Stadium erupted with excitement, chants of “Dhoni, Dhoni” reverberated throughout the venue. The pressure was on the bowler and it showed as he ended up delivering a full toss and Dhoni executed a powerful and perfectly-timed strike, sending the ball sailing over the mid-wicket region for his second six of the match.
