Worth investing in Oliver Dowden’s share price this morning. Was out of the blocks very fast on Sunday over the ESL, and persuaded PM to throw Govt’s full weight behind stopping it, not without risk at the time. Seen as a no fuss deliverer. A significant Cabinet promotion likely.
