New – I understand complaints have also been made by Labour about Boris Johnson's flat to parliament's commissioner for standards.
This is serious in itself because she has the power to suspend MPs.

In all likelihood, Plaid won't make an independence referendum a deal breaker.
But the poll shows support for Welsh independence continues to solidify, at around a third of the population.

8:55am – A point that seems to have been missed, why investigate something which the PM presumably knows the answer to?
Can Ministers answer this. They keep saying there are a number of inquiries underway into the No.10 flat. But why do we need an inquiry. The Prime Minister knows who initially paid for his wallpaper. All he needs to do is tell us who it was. So why won't he. What's the reason.
