Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star batter Ruturaj Gaikwad has revealed his all-time XI of CSK, featuring some of the most exciting names the franchise has seen over the years in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Gaikwad, who has been established in the squad of the four-time champions for quite a few years now, shared his all-time XI in a video that CSK shared on their social media platforms.

Starting with the openers, Gaikwad went with veteran batter Michael Hussey and former CSK star Faf du Plessis, who is currently leading the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the ongoing 16th season of the cash-rich league. Hussey is the fourth-highest run-scorer for the Super Kings with 2213 runs. Similarly, Du Plessis is just above Hussey as the third-highest run-getter for CSK with 2932 runs, including 21 fifties.

In the middle-order, Gaikwad went with Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, and skipper MS Dhoni. Raina is the highest run-scorer for CSK with 5529 runs, including 2 centuries and 38 fifties. Dhoni is right behind Raina with 4951 runs, featuring 23 fifties.

Amongst the all-rounders, Gaikwad picked Ravindra Jadeja and Dwayne Bravo. Both Bravo and Jaddu have been the most successful bowlers for CSK. While the Caribbean star took 154 scalps for CSK, Jaddu has taken 130 wickets. Bravo has also scored 1280 runs, and Jadeja has 1729 runs to his credit.

In the bowling front, Gaikwad named Ravichandran Ashwin and Imran Tahir as spinners while Deepak Chahar and Mohit Sharma as fast bowlers. Notably, Mohit bagged 69 wickets for CSK, while Chahar has taken 65 scalps. Likewise, Ashwin went on to pick 120 wickets, and Tahir took 35 scalps.
