Delhi Capitals (DC) will square off against Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 16th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi on Tuesday (April 11). Notably, both teams are yet to register a win in the tournament. While DC has lost three matches in a row, MI has faced defeat in two consecutive games they played in the league so far.

The Delhi-based team’s last loss came against Rajasthan Royals (RR), where they suffered a 57-run disappointing defeat at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium. David Warner (65) was the lone warrior for DC and didn’t get any support from his fellow teammates. Meanwhile, MI lost their previous game to Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by seven wickets. No batter crossed the 50-run mark for the Mumbai-based team, and the bowlers failed to defend the target set as well.

Both teams will look to register their maiden win of the tournament when they face each other on April 11.
