Mumbai Indians vs Sunrisers Hyderabad
Mumbai Indians (MI) will compete with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 69th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the Wankhade Stadium in Mumbai on May 21. This will be the second face-off between the two sides in the IPL 2023.

As far as previous matches of both the teams are concerned.MI suffered a defeat against Lucknow Super Giants. Marcus Stoinis was the hero with the bat for LSG as he scored valuable 89 runs on a tough surface and took the team total to 177/3.

Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan provided a solid start to MI and scored 62 runs in 6 overs by taking full advantage of the powerplay. But leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi dismissed them in his first two overs. After the departure of their openers, Mumbai never came back into the game. For LSG, Mohsin Khan bowled a superb last over and defended 10 runs to seal the match.

On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) registered a thumping win over SRH. A maiden IPL century from Heinrich Klaasen helped SRH post 186/5 on the scoreboard. After Michael Bracewell removed both the openers, Abhishek Sharma and Rahul Tripathi, Klaasen along with captain Aiden Markram and Harry Brook helped SRH to get to a fighting total. In reply, RCB opening batter Virat Kohli slammed 100 off just 63 balls, while his partner Faf du Plessis hit 71 off 47 deliveries. Kohli and Faf added 172 runs for the first wicket as RCB chase down the set target with 8 wickets in hand.

The last time, MI and SRH faced each other, Mumbai defeated Hyderabad by 27 runs. Cameron Green was the star performer for MI with 64 runs in 40 balls.
