Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will lock horns with each other in the 15th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Monday (April 10). While LSG registered a win in their previous game against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), the Bangalore-based team were handed an 81-run defeat by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

Krunal Pandya was the standout performer for the Lucknow-based side in their last game, as he picked up three wickets and also scored crucial 34 runs for his team. On the other hand, RCB failed terribly in the run-chase against KKR and were bundled out for 123 in 17.4 overs.

Lucknow currently sits at the third position in the IPL 2023 points table with two victories in three matches and will eye the top spot by winning against RCB on Monday. Meanwhile, Bangalore has just played two games in the 16th edition of the league so far and are on the seventh spot in points tally with one win and a loss.

Pitch report:

The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium is known for its shorter boundaries and is a batter-friendly venue. The bowlers here tend to struggle and leak runs. However, the surface will provide some help to the spinners as the game progresses. The due factor will also play a role in the match.

Probable XIs:

Royal Challengers Bangalore: Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis (c), Glenn Maxwell, Michael Bracewell, Mahipal Lomror, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Shahbaz Ahmed, David Willey, Karn Sharma, Harshal Patel, Mohammed Siraj

Lucknow Super Giants: KL Rahul (c), Quinton de Kock, Kyle Mayers, Deepak Hooda, Nicholas Pooran (wk), Krunal Pandya, Mark Wood, Amit Mishra, Yash Thakur, Jaydev Unadkat, Ravi Bishnoi
