Chennai Super King‘s (CSK) ace all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has millions of lovers around the world, and his craze among cricket enthusiasts is unmatchable. The left-handed batter was most recently seen in action during CSK’s last home match in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the Chepauk stadium on Sunday (May 14).

Following the match, Jadeja was spotted signing a painting featuring him that was painted by an ardent fan of his. The 34-year-old cricketer was impressed by the fan’s talent and also posed for a picture with him in a heartwarming gesture. The official page of CSK released a video of the same across various social media platforms.

In the clip, Jadeja can be heard praising the admirer and saying, “It’s very good. I really like it.”

As far as the result of the match between CSK and KKR is concerned, the Chennai-based team suffered a six wickets defeat in the contest. Although Shivam Dube scored a quickfire 48 off 34 balls for CSK and powered his side to a competitive total of 144/6, Chennai bowlers failed to defend the target and eventually ended up losing.

However, despite the loss, CSK players did a lap of honour with smiling faces and thanked their fans for the support by distributing goodies as it was their last home match of the league stage.

Speaking of Jadeja’s form in the IPL 2023, the Chennai all-rounder has so far been in great touch. The left-arm spinner has scalped sixteen wickets in thirteen games at an economy of 7.22. Jadeja also contributed with the bat for his team in the ongoing tournament and amassed 133 runs at a strike rate of 127.88. The CSK cricketer even bagged ‘Player of the Match’ award in three instances for his exceptional performance.

Jadeja will now be seen in action when Chennai faces Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on May 20 in their final league stage match.
