The 34-year-old cricketer was impressed by the fan’s talent and also posed for a picture with him in a heartwarming gesture. As far as the result of the match between CSK and KKR is concerned, the Chennai-based team suffered a six wickets defeat in the contest. Although Shivam Dube scored a quickfire 48 off 34 balls for CSK and powered his side to a competitive total of 144/6, Chennai bowlers failed to defend the target and eventually ended up losing.
However, despite the loss, CSK players did a lap of honour with smiling faces and thanked their fans for the support by distributing goodies as it was their last home match of the league stage.
