Man Pleads Guilty to Threatening to Lynch 2 Members of Congress

Kenneth R. Hubert, of Marionville, Mo., had threatened Representative Emanuel Cleaver II after the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol and Representative Steve Cohen in 2019, prosecutors said.
