Now Donald Trump is accusing Vice President Kamala Harris of being “anti-Catholic.”
"A large group of Catholics is launching a major Political Campaign against Crazy Kamala Harris,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Wednesday, before pressing down on his caps lock. “FINALLY! Catholics are literally being persecuted by this Wack Job, just ask the Knights of Columbus. They say that she is the most Anti-Catholic person ever to run for high office in the U.S.”
How Catholics are “literally being persecuted,” remains a mystery, but Trump added a postscript: “Jewish people are treated even worse, if that’s possible. They are dropping Kamala and the Democrats like flies - And it’s about time!"

A couple of hours later, Trump went in on Harris again, writing that “Crazy Kamala Harris is anti-Catholic.”
Harris has been endorsed by President Joe Biden, who is only the second Catholic president in our country's history.
Attacking Harris for being anti-(fill in your religion here) seems to be Trump’s current Get Out The Vote campaign. Less than a week ago, Trump made similar claims during a keynote address he gave at Turning Point Action “Believer’s Summit” at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, where he said, “Somebody doesn’t like Catholics in that administration, and I don’t even know who it is.”
Trump launched equally weird and offensive attacks on Harris this past week, at a rally in North Carolina, and followed up during an interview Tuesday on New York’s WABC radio, where he insisted she “doesn’t like Jewish people,” and any Jewish person voting for her are “absolute fools.”
Harris has been married to a very publicly acknowledged Jewish man, Doug Emhoff, since 2014. It is her first marriage.
Help Kamala Harris win the White House in November.
