With a hope of still qualifying for the semi-final, the Green team will look to carry the momentum from the previous match and register a victory. On the other hand, the Blackcaps will also be determined to make a comeback following their string of losses and keep their qualifying hopes alive.

Chinnaswamy Stadium pitch report:

The Chinnaswamy Stadium surface provides ideal conditions for batters to excel. Although fast bowlers and spinners might get some assistance, the limited distance to the boundaries presents a considerable obstacle. As a result, we can expect a high-scoring competition, and it’s probable that the toss-winning captain will opt to chase. The flat nature of the pitch and the confined boundaries make chasing a favourable tactical choice.
