Chahal shared a video on his official Twitter account, in which the spinner is seen playing defensive shots and making an effort to avoid getting out according to the unique rules of gully cricket. Yuzi can be spotted engaging in a batting session with a group of local players who were enjoying a game on the street. He demonstrated his best efforts to adjust to the unique regulations of the gully cricket contest.
“The gully Impact player kya bolti (what say) @rajasthanroyals” Chahal captioned the post.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan superstar Rashid Khan playfully teased Chahal and asked Yuzi to hit a six. He wrote: “Come on, brother, hit a six here at least.”
Chahal had the perfect comeback in response to Rashid’s comment, as he informed him that hitting a six in gully cricket can actually result in getting dismissed. The Indian spin icon wrote: “6 out hain yaha khan sahib (Hitting six is declared as out over here khan sahib”
Notably, both Chahal and Rashid were seen in the recently-concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 where Chahal represented Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Rashid played for Gujarat Titans (GT). The Afghan star was the third-highest wicket-taker in the 16th season of the cash-rich league. He took 27 scalps in 17 matches as his team Gujarat reached the final but lost to Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in a thrilling contest. Similarly, Chahal was the fifth leading wicket-taker in the tournament, picking up 21 wickets in 14 games for the Royals.
