South Africa will lock horns with England in a three-match ODI series beginning on Friday, January 27. England, the reigning world champions in 50-overs cricket, will be looking to kick start 2023 on a high.

With the ODI World Cup scheduled to be played in October this year, the series could be the perfect time for both teams to test their depth while also allowing them to rotate their key players.

England pacer Jofra Archer, who was struggling with injury for quite a long time, is set to feature in his first one-day game since 2020. For South Africa, the selectors have again shown faith in Temba Bavuma, and he will continue leading the Proteas.
