Top scorers for Bangladesh Women were Shamima Sultana with 18 runs and Rubya Haider and Sobhana Mostary with 16 runs each.
Sri Lanka Women’s bowlers put up a strong performance with Udeshika Prabodhani, Sugandika Kumari, Inoka Ranaweera, and Kavisha Dilhari all taking 2 wickets each.
In response, the home team chased down the target with ease, scoring 101 runs with a loss of only 3 wickets in 18.3 overs. Captain Chamari Atapattu led the charge with a brilliant knock of 33 runs off 27 balls, including 6 fours and 1 six.
