Sir Keir Starmer accused Boris Johnson of “vacillating” over border controls at prime minister’s questions today.
Speaking in the House of Commons, the Labour leader said: “Our NHS has been doing an amazing job with the vaccine rollout. But while the NHS was vaccinating, he was vacillating.”
Johnson replied that the government had taken “the most drastic steps possible” and said Starmer “needs to adjust his retro-spectoscope”.
