Ginni Thomas actively pushed for the 2020 presidential election results to be overturned, and Justice Clarence Thomas has issued rulings on cases involving the insurrection. It is impossible to place our trust in a rigged, unethical court with justices who conduct themselves with jaw-dropping impropriety. It is unthinkable that the justices who are denying us our fundamental human rights and bodily autonomy are the very same people purportedly engaged in decision leaks, dark money, and more. In addition to pushing for ethics reform, Congress must restore integrity and balance to the bench by expanding the Supreme Court.
