The second match of Super 4s in Asia Cup 2023 witnessed an enthralling battle between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh at R. Premadasa Stadium on Saturday (September 9). The match proved to be a rollercoaster ride, with Sri Lanka ultimately emerging victorious by a decent margin of 21 runs.

Sri Lanka’s unbeaten streak is telling all of us something…winning is a habit and they’ve developed that. Different heroes on different days. They could be the surprise package in the World Cup next month. #AsiaCup #SLvBan

Some innings that from Sadeera Samarawickrama!

Do Sri Lanka have enough on the board?

If not what would have been a good score? #SLvsBAN #AsiaCup2023

Note : Don’t go by what happened in the last game against Afghanistan, that game was in Pak , cos the pitches there are…

A fine ODI knock after a while. The finesse, the style, and the accumulation of runs, reminiscing @MahelaJay. The pulls, the cuts, dropping singles to the leg side off spinners. Mahela written all over. Let's hope Sadeera Samarawickrama has 'arrived'.

Not enough runs on the board, and I thought we were out of reach for a win today. But It was the skipper showed incredible determination when it truly mattered with the ball in hand! Pathirana and Theekshana were equally outstanding today. #SLvBAN

13 straight wins in ODIs, second only to the Aussies of 2003, who won 21 games at a stretch.

None against the top 6 nations but winning is a habit for SL 🇱🇰 now. They're doing many things right.

How many games will they in the next 10-12 ODIs? Exciting times ahead.#SLvBAN pic.twitter.com/R94G1dHtce

Towhid Hridoy, Remember the name…!!!!

He is just 22-year-old, a fighting knock when wickets was going at the other and then scored 82 runs from 97 balls including 7 fours & 1 six.
