Mohammed Siraj cleans up Ross Taylor
After India posted 325/10 in their first innings, Indian bowling sensation Mohammad Siraj showed his magical skills in the ongoing 2nd Test match against New Zealand at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Siraj sent back Will Young (4 off 9) and skipper Tom Latham (10 off 14) in the same over. but he didn’t stop here, the jaw-dropping moment came, when he bowled out New Zealand’s veteran batter Ross Taylor. The right-handed batter Taylor was completely off beaten by the good length delivery bowled by Siraj.

Earlier, the Hyderabad bowler was ruled out from the second T20I match against the Black Caps due to an injury in his left hand.

After the first Test match resulted in a draw, India got some big blows ahead of the 2nd Test. Experienced players like Ajinkya Rahane, Ishant Sharma, and Ravindra Jadeja were ruled out due to injuries.

In the replacements, along with others, Siraj was also included in the playing XI. Ahead of the first day in the 2nd Test, the 27-year-old was asked about his game plan in the second match against the visitors, to which he replied, “At this place, pitch will provide bounce and due to weather, it will swing also. So, my plan will be bowling with swing and consistency on this wicket,” Siraj said in a video shared by BCCI.Tv

Siraj, who had made his debut a year back, became India’s one of the key Test bowlers.During, India’s tour of Australia, Siraj played all the 3 Tests and picked up 13 wickets. In that tour, he also registered the best bowling figure of his career (5/73) at Gabba, Brisbane.

Talking about his second tour against England, the right-arm pacer took 14 wickets. In the 2nd Test match at lord’s, with the help of Siraj’s four wickets, India registered one of the most memorable victories.
