Following the brilliant win in the T20I contest, India successfully clinched the ODI series by defeating South Africa by 78 runs in the third and final encounter. Keshav and Rahul’s fun time

The moment unfolded during Keshav’s arrival at the crease during South Africa’s innings at Boland Park in Paarl when the air resonated with the familiar strains of the song “Ram Siya Ram.” While it has become customary for this musical tribute to accompany Keshav’s batting appearances, the game witnessed a humorous observation from Rahul, who donned the wicket-keeping gloves for India.

In a light-hearted remark, Rahul quipped, “Keshav bhai, every time you come to bat, they play this song,” This amusing interaction added a touch of fun to the cricketing atmosphere, highlighting the camaraderie shared between players on the field.

Another standout performer with the willow was Tilak Varma, whose thumping knock of 52 runs propelled India to a commanding total.

In response, the South African batting could not spark any charm. The Indian bowling attack wreaked havoc, giving the hosts constant shocks at regular intervals, ultimately bundling them on 218 in 45.5 overs.

Fast bowler Arshdeep Singh was the standout performer for the Men in Blue, bagging four crucial wickets for 30 runs in 9 overs.
