Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma seek blessings in Vrindavan
Indian cricket superstar Virat Kohli is currently on a break, enjoying holidays with his family. Kohli is not part of the ongoing T20I series against Sri Lanka but will return for the One-Day Internationals (ODIs), starting Tuesday, January 10, in Guwahati.

Meanwhile, a video of Kohli is getting viral on social media where the former India skipper is seen seeking blessings at the Baba Neem Karoli Asharam in Vrindavan. Kohli, along with his wife Anushka Sharma and daughter Vamika, can be seen offering prayers.

Virat and Anushka, who enjoy a massive fan following in their respective fields, came to Baba Neem Karoli ashram to start their New Year in a different style. The video begins with Kohli completely bowing down to greet and seek blessings from the priest. Anushka can be seen holding Vamika on her lap as she sits beside Kohli. The family then folded hands in front of the main priest, who asked one of his assistants to put a veil around Anushka before blessing the trio.

Notably, Kohli had a memorable time in the year 2022 as he got back his lost mojo with tremendous performances in the two major events –Asia Cup and T20 World Cup. The Delhi-born ended his international century draught by smashing his maiden ton in the shortest format during an Asia Cup game against Afghanistan.

Kohli then finished the T20 World Cup as the leading run-scorer and took his side to the semi-final of the global competition where the Men in Blue faced a 10-wicket defeat from England, who went on to clinch the trophy. Overall, Kohli played 37 games last year across all formats and scored 1348 runs with the help of 2 hundreds and 11 half-centuries.
