The fourth day of the second Test between India and West Indies went well for the Indian team as they first bowled out the hosts for 255 runs and then quickly added 181 runs to set a mammoth target of 365 for the Caribbean side.

Mohammed Siraj shined with the ball for the visitors and bagged a brilliant fifer. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma (57) and Ishan Kishan (52) contributed with quickfire fifties to keep the winning hopes of the Indian side alive in the contest. Yashasvi Jaiswal (38) and Shubman Gill (29) added crucial runs to the team’s total as well.

Apart from the sensational performance of the Indian top order, there also took place an off-field incident involving the trio of Yashasvi, Gill, and Kishan that garnered huge attention on the internet.

The event happened when Yashasvi, Gill and Kishan met with Ms. World Trinidad and Tobago. The lady first had a formal handshake with the Indian stars and then requested them for a group picture. Although Yashasvi, Gill and Kishan did pose for a photograph, Yashasvi was seen moving away from the lady and swapping his place with Kishan. The video of the same soon surfaced on the internet.

In the viral clip, Yahasvi is initially seen standing in the middle, but he soon moves from the centre and asks Kishan to change sides when Miss World Trinidad and Tobago requests a photograph.

Here’s the video:

Speaking of the match, West Indies will resume their innings on Day 5 at 76/2 with Tagenarine Chanderpaul (24) and Jermaine Blackwood (20) still on the crease. However, they still require 289 runs to win. On the other hand, Ravichandran Ashwin has been the most successful bowler for India in the second innings of Caribbean side and will take the field with two wickets already in his pocket on the final day of the second Test.
